TEAM LEADS

Breanne Lambert
Breanne Lambert has been associated with the CAF community her entire life through family. She has been working under the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services umbrella for 16 years, currently occupying the role of Communications & Outreach Manager with the Kingston Military Family Resource Centre (KMFRC). She has deployed three times with Personnel Support Programs (PSP), once to Latvia and twice to Kuwait. Having the opportunity to support CAF members and their families at home and abroad has allowed her to develop a deeper understanding of the unique challenges that military members and their families face. Since joining the KMFRC team she has embraced the opportunity to increase awareness of the Veteran Family Program. This program offers medically releasing CAF members and their families continued access to KMFRC’s support programs and services as they transition to civilian life. Breanne looks forward to developing new community connections during her spouse’s current posting to Kingston!

Andrea Pritchard
Andrea joined the KMFRC Mental Health & Wellness team in November 2022 as the Veteran Family Program Coordinator. With some of her closest friends being active members of the CAF community, she well understands the unique challenges life in the military presents. This role deeply spoke to her, and with her background in human services and integrative wellness, she passionately supports medically releasing members, medically released Veterans, and just as importantly, their families, as they navigate the sometimes-turbulent journey through release and life outside the uniform through the Veteran Family Program. Andrea is excited to continue to develop important relationships both within the military community, as well as with civilian community services providers to better support her clients and ease their transition into civilian life.
