9th Annual Canadian Walk For Veterans

Every participant who registers for the Canadian Walk for Veterans will once again receive a commemorative Challenge Coin, proudly supplied by Canadian veteran-owned Sharkz Coins in Esquimalt, BC. More than a keepsake, the coin represents connection, service, and shared experience.

This year’s theme, Stronger Together — “No One Heals Alone,” reflects a simple but powerful truth: mental health is a shared responsibility, and healing happens in community. Across the country, Veterans, families, caregivers, and supporters come together not just to walk, but to stand side-by-side in support of psychological well-being and recovery. At its core, this theme is about connection over disconnection, reminding every Veteran that they are seen, supported, and never alone in their journey. Each step taken is a visible act of solidarity—helping reduce stigma around mental health, encourage open conversations, and foster a sense of belonging and renewed possibility.

From coast to coast, this movement unites Canadians with a shared purpose: to show up, stand together, shoulder to shoulder, and demonstrate that when we move forward as one, we are stronger.

The 2026 Challenge Coin design will be unveiled soon.
