Born in England and raised in Victoria, BC, I now call Paradise, NL home, where my wife, Lisa, and I have retired.

I am a Canadian Armed Forces Veteran with 28 years of service in the Royal Canadian Artillery. My grandfather was a WWII sniper with the Carleton and York Regiment, and I later learned he lived with PTSD. His experience, along with seeing family and friends navigate mental health challenges, has reinforced for me the importance of connection and support.

I’m proud to help organize the Canadian Walk for Veterans in Newfoundland and Labrador and to support the message that Stronger Together — No One Heals Alone.
